CVCCN Telebehavioral Health

CVCCN is committed to creating a warm, welcoming, inclusive and culturally sensitive therapeutic partnership. 
We offer free telebehavioral health support (phone or secured video) that includes:
  • Brief Psychotherapy (up to 12 sessions)
  • Eligibility Screening & Brief Assessment
  • Emotional Support
  • Trauma Support
  • Wellness Consultation

Our clinicians use a variety of evidence-based, culturally responsive therapeutic approaches to best meet the unique needs of each individual. Our counselors and therapists use many types of treatment, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), stress management techniques, trauma-focused framework, and more.

Available on Wednesdays from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Step 1:  Click here to read our Telehealth Informed Consent 

Step 2:  Call the Emotional Support Line on Wednesdays between 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm at 434-218-0440 and leave a message

Step 3:  Receive a call back or email by a clinician for support or screening

Step 4:  During the call, find a place where you can speak confidentially

Call-in wellness consultations are provided on a first come, first serve basis on Wednesdays only. We suggest calling toward the beginning of the clinic, and no later than 30-50 minutes prior to the end of phone-in clinic hours.

If you call on a day other than Wednesday, you may leave a voicemail, and we will call you back on the following Wednesday.

We strive to provide this service to all who need it, but in the event that demand exceeds our available resources, our team will make every effort to connect you with appropriate care.
